When should windows and doors be ordered on a new build?
Earlier than most people think — ideally as soon as framing dimensions are locked. Manufacturing lead times on premium and custom units can run several weeks, and ordering early keeps glazing off your critical path. We'll review your build schedule and set the order dates with your builder.
Do you work with our builder, or directly with us?
Either. We regularly work as a trade partner to general contractors and custom builders, and just as often directly with homeowners who want to control their own window and door package. See our contractor partnership page for the trade side.
Can you handle both the house and a commercial project?
Yes. Beyond residential lines from Pella®, Marvin®, Andersen®, Western®, and Panda®, we install commercial storefront, entrance, and curtainwall systems from Tubelite®, U.S. Aluminum®, and Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope®.
What do new-construction windows need to handle in Central Texas?
